By accessing our services, website, or participating in any classes or wellness sessions offered by Seabird, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Participation and Health Disclaimer

  • All clients must complete a waiver and health intake form before participating in any yoga, fitness, or wellness services.

  • Participation in our classes and services is at your own risk. You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise or wellness program.

  • You agree to inform instructors of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions prior to class.

2. Waiver of Liability

  • By participating in classes or using our facilities, you release Seabird, its staff, and instructors from any claims or liabilities for injuries or damages incurred during participation.

  • This includes but is not limited to injuries caused by slips, falls, equipment use, or physical exertion.

3. Class Bookings and Cancellations

  • All class bookings must be made in advance through our website, app, or at the studio.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of class credit.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or substitute instructors without prior notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices are subject to change.

6. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted.

  • Respect the peaceful environment—turn off mobile devices and speak quietly.

  • Clean up your space and return props after use.

7. Membership Terms

  • Summer memberships are valid from June 27th, 2025 - October 1st, 2025.

  • Suspensions or freezes may be available for extended absences with prior notice.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and protect your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and class materials, is the property of Seabird and may not be used without written permission.
