Addison discovered her love for movement at a young age through over 15 years of competitive dance. This early passion became the foundation for her journey in wellness, mindfulness, and helping others feel their best- inside and out.
As a certified Mat Pilates instructor with a background rooted in discipline, body awareness, and creative expression, Addison brings an intuitive and encouraging approach to every session. She believes in the power of mindful movement to build strength, restore balance, and deepen the connection between mind and body—while also getting in a good sweat.
Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced mover, Addison creates a welcoming space where clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. Her commitment to holistic wellness shines through in every class, blending purposeful movement with uplifting energy and a genuine passion for helping others thrive.

Andrew has, with great love, as an offering, and in prayer, been sharing, traveling, touring with yoga and different movement practices, ecstatic dance medicine, kundalini activation ceremony, cacao blessings, among many other sweet offerings, around his home base on Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, as well as through Europe, Turkey, Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada, and at conscious festivals, celebrations and gatherings around the world. His musical, movement, and ceremonial offerings feel like a homecoming, wishmaking, radical rejoicing, and a deep celebration and recalibration unto all of your beautiful cells. It is an honour for him to seed and weave safe and open spaces for conscious communities around the world to drop deep into themselves, their hearts and their processes, on behalf of our highest blooming altogether as one family. He is grateful to see your spirit move and guide your perfect body and expansive heart, and witness you find your devotion in motion on the mat, dance floor, in ceremony, and beyond, all through your gorgeous life.

I am a former competitive gymnast turned cheerleader, turned full-time fitness junkie—and now group fitness instructor! I’ve always loved movement, but it was the way group classes made me feel that got me completely hooked. I would leave every workout feeling strong, confident, uplifted, and ready to take on anything—and I knew I wanted to help others feel the same. I especially love teaching HIIT classes—think short bursts of high-energy movement at max effort, mixed with recovery periods that keep your body guessing and your heart pumping. It’s sweaty, it’s fun, and it works. When I’m not exercising, I am in the classroom working as an elementary school teacher, so creating a feel good, inclusive, and encouraging environment is at the core of everything I do. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned pro, my goal is to help you challenge yourself, have fun, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
