His musical, movement, and ceremonial offerings feel like a homecoming, wishmaking, radical rejoicing, and a deep celebration and recalibration unto all of your beautiful cells. • Hi, I’m Ivey!

I’m a certified yoga teacher, holistic well-being coach, and lifelong student of the mind-body-soul connection. With my educational background in psychology, my work is rooted in a deep curiosity about what helps people feel vibrant, aligned, and truly at home in themselves.

My journey into teaching yoga began as a personal quest for groundedness and embodiment during a challenging time of change. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with Eoin Finn’s Blissology Training, a soulful and science-based approach that weaves together functional anatomy, somatics, breath, and presence. This training deeply reshaped my relationship with movement — helping me experience yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of being.

I’m also trained in SAOR’s HIIT & Pilates, which blends strength, playfulness, and freedom to access empowerment through movement. Whether in a slow and intentional yoga flow or an empowering core-burning session, I guide with the intention of helping you come home to your body, your breath, and your own inner fire and wisdom.

As an ICF-certified holistic coach, I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate lens to my teaching. I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of somatics, psychology, and spiritual well-being ~ and creating spaces where people can feel safe to move, feel, and reconnect with themselves.

My classes are grounding, energizing, and infused with intention. They invite you to meet yourself honestly, breathe deeply, and remember the joy of being alive in your body!

Let’s move, breathe, and come back to what matters—together!

  • I am a former competitive gymnast turned cheerleader, turned full-time fitness junkie—and now group fitness instructor! I’ve always loved movement, but it was the way group classes made me feel that got me completely hooked. I would leave every workout feeling strong, confident, uplifted, and ready to take on anything—and I knew I wanted to help others feel the same. I especially love teaching HIIT classes—think short bursts of high-energy movement at max effort, mixed with recovery periods that keep your body guessing and your heart pumping. It’s sweaty, it’s fun, and it works. When I’m not exercising, I am in the classroom working as an elementary school teacher, so creating a feel good, inclusive, and encouraging environment is at the core of everything I do. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned pro, my goal is to help you challenge yourself, have fun, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
